FAQ Equipment Rental Questions

Can I pick up the equipment myself or is it delivered to my project location?

The equipment you rent from Action Rentz is picked up from our yard so you can transport it to your work (or play) location. Similarly, the equipment should be dropped off at the same pickup location unless other arrangements have been made for return. Delivery and pickup services are available for a fee.

Where is Action Rentz located?

Our equipment rental hub is based in Tucson, Arizona. We service all of the greater Pima County area.

Do I have to call Action Rentz when I am done using the equipment?

It is only necessary to call Action Rentz if one of the following situations applies:

If you need to extend your equipment rental agreement, please call us at least four (5) hours before the end of your rental period to arrange an extension.

If it is not possible you to return the equipment at the end of your rental due to locked gates or other accessibility issues. In this situation please be advised that additional rental charges for the extra day may be added.

What happens if the equipment becomes damaged during the rental?

Customers are responsible for all damages to the equipment. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your rental agreement for specific damage policies.
